Re: V Force Thermal Mask. Is It Worth It?

The Grillz are great mask. I use one myself.

They do not have the traditional dual pane thermal lens that Dye and JT amongst other use. Instead, vForce has decided to go with a very hard anti-fog coating on the lens leaving it single paned. The coating works great. Lasted me about 9 months of no fog with play on average of once a week. The origional lens fogs a little bit now as the coating is wearing off, but it's still working great as long as I let the mask air out between games.

I don't like the dual pane lenses as the seals tend to be very weak, and the inner lens is basically the same thing as the coating on a vForce treated lens.

I always tell people that the first thing they should buy for paintball is a good mask. If you can't see what you're shooting at, you'll have no fun. The Grillz are in my opinion, the best mask on the market today. I'm sure someone will disagree, but of all the mask I've owned, my grillz have been the best.
