Well, if you had a good friend who liked you lots and had a CNC, they might be able to just make you a whole new one, but those chances are kinda moot. Ive thought about it, but most of my ideas wont work because they either wouldnt get enough grip on the adjuster or they would interfere with the first and last settings.
