| Re: Happy Canada Day! I'm not Canadian (or American, for that matter), but here's an interesting fact I thought I'd share.
The last soldier to die in the First World War was Canadian, George Lawrence Price. He died of a sniper bullet to the heart at 10:58 AM, which was just two minutes before the armistice ceasefire came into effect (interestingly enough, 11:00AM, 11/11/1918).
Being neither, I don't celebrate, but for those who do, have a good one!
