The Flatline is a love or hate barrel. My father uses one and he loves the flatter shooting that it offers. I feel that the Apex is better for your money over a Flatline for these reasons; cheaper, adjustable backspin, ability to be turned off, can be put on a different barrel for better accuracy, & has longer range.
