I agree with silent death & like many others,I give rep only when I feel it's deserved.also like shartley said,I don't only look at a member's rep,take a look at their posts and see if they also help out others etc....if you give good,sound advice and such this can also help your rep.basically,being respectful of others and being a decent human being should be all the rep you can hope for.
