Moisture inside thermal lenses

So after yesterday's game, while cleaning the lenses of my old JT mask I got water inside the thermal lenses.

What's the safest or better way to get water or moisture out of thermal lenses, my old JT mask lenses might need some change after being very scratched anyway. I know getting water in the thermal lenses can be a killer sometimes, but I own a new Flex 8 Full coverage mask and in case that happens in the future I want to be able to save the lenses.
