One of your lens is cracked and allowing moister to enter. Mine is too.. You'll have to replace the entire goggle (lens) system.

If you read the instructions you get when you buy your mask the manufacture recommends replacing the lens once per year.
You should also do a visual inspection of your lens prior to use, look for deep scratches, hair-line cracks, dents or malformed surface(s).
