cut out yes but the push rod is located under the shroud
(looking at the kit i would assume so cuz why we where stripping his gun down was because his cyclone FELL off ON THE field so he was PISSSSED..... so i went over and helped him out on it
the cutout was perfect but rod i thought had to be under
