That is not an easy one to answer with a single answer. I find that the best camo pattern is different depending on playing conditions and environment. What may be best for someone in AZ will most likely not be best for someone in NH. And what works in an outdoor environment may not work very well in an urban or indoor environment.
I suggest each player evaluate for themselves the colors and size of patterns in their most used playing environment. This is because even if you match the general colors, if you choose a pattern that is either too large, or too small, it does not work as effective as it could.
Again, there is no real easy one answer for this question.
But I find that multicam is good in a wide range of environments and would probably be my first choice if I could only have ONE camo pattern to choose from.
However, on a slightly different note, I find that as long as the colors or camo pattern folks choose is close to what they need it will be fine given they watch their movements. More times than not it is your movement that attracts attention to yourself, not what you are wearing. The most matched camo to environment you can possibly have is useless if you don’t watch your movement discipline.
