lt1pwr more or less got it.

dwell is how long the solenoid stays in the active position before returning to let the bolt catch on the sear.

debounce is sort of a trigger restriction. it won't fire if the trigger is pulled too fast in a row. the reasoning behind it, is that a lot of high end speedball guns have such sensitive triggers that the recoil of the marker alone will pull the trigger again, called "bouncing". it creates a full auto effect and it's illegal. so you tune the debounce so that if the reciol pulls the trigger again, it won't fire.
