| Re: Paintball Pants - Digi Woodland At this point the paintball pants would be my personal option. The rip-stop pants I had a pair. They were also made by Tru-Spec and they bled the color right out. From what I am told the ones made by Propper do not seem to have this trouble.
The SO digi has too much green in it. MARPAT Woodland has mostly brown in it. This is why they issue assault vests in Coyote Brown in the MC, because it's also some what in the desert MARPAT as well. They don't have to buy two sets of the same vest just to match camo That's the advantage of issuing subdued colors for "soft gear" such as vests.
But I too own official issue MARPAT. But it's not called a BDU. It's called the MCCUU (Marine Corp Combat Utility Uniform) Long I know but that's what it's called. I love my MCCUU and I've played in 95 degree heat high humidity with it for 5 hours at the most.
