| would this help? I am looking to lose some weight and get my endurance up. I get a free membership to 24 hour fitness through my work and figure i might as well use it. Now i have gone before and I am not a huge fan of using the machines there but don't mind doing the cardio stuff (treadmill, bike, stairclimber, etc...)
Now my plan is to go in the morning after i get off work and spend 2 hours doing strictly cardio. Going home and going to bed ( i have two little ones i watch well my wife goes to work so this is my only time to sleep) after getting up finding some time to work out on my bowflex. would this be a good plan to stick to? I am limited to only 2 hours at the gym also cause of my sleep and kids situation. |
