| ape customer service Has anyone had problems getting a response from them. I've had troubles with my egrip since the reflash. The few times I have contacted them, they take forever to respond then when they do, it just says to try something that I've already done. This last time was the same case. I sent a email, they responded with try this and that, which I did. I emailed them back and haven't gotten a response. That was 2 weeks ago. I just sent another to them. Long story short, I really don't think that this is good customer service.
I would really like to send the board back to them and let them trouoble shot it, but everytime I mention it, it just gets ignored and I'm told to try something else. If anyone has a number that I can reach them at, it would greatly be appreciated. I really love the board from the few times that I've gotten to use it, but now this is getting old. Maybe its just me, but that is why I'm asking. I'm not gonna go into the problems here as I've researched it over and over and its beyond me. Please don't pass jusdgement on them because of my rant. I believe that they are a good company and I'm just having bad luck with them. Again, if anyone has a number so that I can contact them directly, it would be appreciated.
