debounce is sort of a trigger restriction. it won't fire if the trigger is pulled too fast in a row. the reasoning behind it, is that a lot of high end speedball guns have such sensitive triggers that the recoil of the marker alone will pull the trigger again, called "bouncing". it creates a full auto effect and it's illegal. so you tune the debounce so that if the reciol pulls the trigger again, it won't fire.


With a real gun this is called Bump Fire. With a real rifle you have to fire from the hip to achieve it. The recoil energy throws the rifle back while it's in your hands, this acts like a runaway see-saw motion. as it converts back and forth from Kinetic to Potential energy it helps you fire the trigger again. While it's not as fast on a real rifle it's the same thing.
