Re: Dye i3 Pro, foam replacement.

I think I found a foam replacement material! The foam is the exact same stuff found on foam brushes for applying wood stain. If you need to fix just a few small pieces, you can cut up the foam, glue them together, and then apply to the mask.

I'm adding some foam in the corners of the nose of the goggles right now because I don't think it's making a great seal there. I'll post pics when I'm done.

Or if you want something more thicker and a little stiffer, you can grab air conditioner weather seal foam at Lowes. Its not as soft but can do the trick.

BTW, what's the point of the venting on the bottom of the goggles? The mouth guard part of the mask snaps into place directly over it. Was this something they found to allow paint into the mask and tried to fix it with the mouth guard?
