dude I am 6'0 I was 19 and weighed 211 wearing size 38 pants. I'm now down to size 34 waist.

I've told I don't know how many skinny kids that in high school. In PE they looked to me to help them out cuz I was one of the strongest lifters in high school. I squatted 225, pressed and inclined 185, cleaned 165, cleaned and jerked 155 (even though the teach got mad at me for going past the clean into the jerk, hater... I had good form at 155, had I refined it I could have blown the doors off of 155)
After highschool my highest leg press was 400 lbs. I could have done about a 100 more lb but that was the whole stack
It's where you end up. I first benched 155 in middle school. I've come very far since then. Now I'm a walking talking human tank
