Re: how does this sound

You don't necessarily lose speed with an over 14" barrel, it just takes a little more air / CO2 to get the marker to fire at 280fps than it would
with a barrel that's a little shorter. Using more air / CO2 with a longer barrel will also give you less shots from a fill.

I have heard of more people using the BigShot with the APEX than the C series. And from what i've heard they are great value for money. I personally use a J&J Edge Elite barrel kit with a J&J APEX adapter and APEX. Shoots great, and if I want to change the length of my barrel for whatever reason, I just take the adapter off the end of the barrel, change the length of the front, place the adapter back on the newly swapped in barrel and go and play. Well worth the money IMO.
