firing with co2/stabalizer/and response trigger at 10-12 bps I can make a 3inch square on target at 75 feet. The balls leterally look like they are landing right on top of each other.

Add to that the customer service and guarantee from palmer's pursuit shop for a barrel that cost $45, there just isn't a substitute. I can't say about the hammerhead, but I won't ever need to. The palmer is the only barrel I will ever use now.
