Cool Brief boxmag 'how to' guide

Just thought i'd show you a brief 'how to' guide for a boxmag for your M249 mod's.This particular one uses a Reloader B's internals.
1st job is to cut the feed down and 'weld' it together with a soldering iron and then used epoxy resin to strengthen it(don't ask about the colour!)

I've knocked up a plastic sleeve that slides over the feed neck of the hopper,it has an internal o ring in it to stop it slipping off.The other end is machined out to accept Q-loader/dishwasher hose etc

I've made an internal feed tray so the balls feed the hopper.

Here it is shown how it'll look with the hopper

I've decided to bolt the feed unit to the feed tray and the feed tray to the sides so i can take the bottom off without unbolting the feed unit. It'll make battery changes far easier. The Q-loader feed tube isn't the right length,it's just there to give an idea of how it'll look when completed

The board is mounted on 2 stand offs and bolted to the side panel,2 holes were drilled, one for the on/off button, the other for the LED.

Added a ramp to eleviate some weight/pressure off the feed unit so as not to get any feed issues/jams etc

This is what it looks like when fitted.

This one was fitted my Ion M249

Here's one i did that went on an A5 M249

Any questions,just ask
