Thanks for the answers, i used 600 and 1200 wet sandpaper and then "brillo" to make it shine. The surface is almost like a mirror. The powertube slides in easily and if I use my hand I can feel a small gap, i messured 0.1mm gap.

Do anyone knows the effect of a to big polishjob? If you take to much?
