Re: How to clean and maintain your Tippmann A5

Harley there was no attempt to discredit your work, but yet you still felt it necessary to degrade JackRocks video and call it subpar to yours. Maybe the frustration here lyes in the fact that this is not a new topic by any means to those of us who have been around the business end of a marker or a member of a forum for more than 8 months. Many of us here, JackRock included, have been a part of the A5OG and the scenario paintball community in some form or fashion for a very long time. Jack simply provided a link to something similar! Perhaps in the future you might want be more diplomatic when people reply to your posts, this is not other forums and the majority of people here interact in a cival non-confrontal way without a "mines better than yours mentality"... ...PG

Re: How to clean and maintain your Tippmann A5

Being the next day (and had at least some sleep), here are my thoughts.

First, I re-read my initial reaction, and I definitely owe you an apology. That was not my intended meaning, and simply meant it as a friendly comparison. Thus, the smilie.

I'm not, however, happy with some of the reactions people have typed in this thread. I'll leave it at that.

Re: How to clean and maintain your Tippmann A5

I thought both videos were pretty good, maybe Tippmann should include a maintenance dvd with their markers. Obviously there is some sort of demand for one, and the production quality would be much better, not to mention being shown by a trained technician. You would think just for safeties sake they could do that.

Yeah, I wonder why they haven't.. Prolly cause they want you to send it in..
I have plans to make a better video once I get my new camera, MiniDV.. But Still it would be nice to have the video by tippmann so you know everything you see is the way it should be.. Maybe someone just needs to sell the Idea? Who knows..
