Re: What Bolt?

I think I would stick with stock. If you go trying to upgrade every part of the A-5, it will not be as reliable. That's the only trade-off (besides money) of upgrading. YES I LEARNED THIS THE HARD WAY!!!!!

Edit:
If you can get the howitzer without paying bookoo dollars for it, 75-100 shots sounds good to me!

Re: What Bolt?

I have the howitzer bolt and i have to rant a little bit, theres one problem i found with this awsome bolt it does everything its supposed to but BeOranged forgets to mention that if u have a high ROF with this bolt that it will break your paintballs like no tomorrow, reason being is because the internal o ring give a much tighter seal on the powertube and slows the movement of it even when oiled now on a side note the packagein does say to sand down the powertube a wee bit but im a little scaredd.... anyone else have this issue or found a safe way to do it?

Re: What Bolt?

I've read that the ones with the oring inside help with the popcorn effect when minimal balls in the hopper. Is this true, i have the stock on right now but also have the jcs that came with the gold power tube.

Re: What Bolt?

IMO, out of all of the mods I did, I found this to be the most useless, and waste of money. The stock bolt is more than fine. Spend the $$$ on the squisy paddles, then a wratchet.

Delrin is Delrin and all of them are made out of Delrin.

A newer A5 stock bolt is recomended, I hear they now come with an internal o-ring (2 total on the bolt instead of 1).
