I don't think it is any louder. It was when I first installed it, but that was because my marker was running HOT. Once I turned it down it was pretty normal.

At least the DOP tube has shown some gains in testing (Primarily some small grouping gains).

Awesome Experiment! Gotta give props to anyone who took statistical analysis in college and actually went on to use it! Very impressive

I'm glad the experiment was done using the JCS Gold powertube, because I'm going to be headed down that same route. Unfortunately, it sounds like I'll have an extra powertube and front bolt. If I order both the JCS PT and DOP FB, they both come with their counterpart. Does anyone know a place that only sells the powertube or front bolt?

We all know I dont have a dog in this race yet, but what did you use to measure the spread? Calipers or a ruler? Did you measure from center to center, or outer edge to outer? My guess is the center of a splat?

Nice job, just curious.

agreed with above..... this is probably the best mod for an a-5 hands down... i'd love to see the difference between a nicely polished setup, and a stocker.
