Re: Best spot to buy push-pins

well here is my update on the popular HK pins after playing with them on the gun. if you use a stock DONT GET THEM!!!!. they are thinner than the tippmann pins and although strong as hell they let your stock wable all over the place. ended up replacing them with 1/4 clevis pins from home depot which fit tight as hell, no movement from the stock what so ever!!!!

Any idea for a stronger alternative?

Or where could I buy push-pins by 10 ?

Thanks guys

there is a site that sell stainless steel push pins, gimme a sec and i hit ya with a link

ACP Tippmann A5 Solid Stainless Steel Body Pushpins :: Tippmann Upgrades :: Paintball Gun Upgrades :: e-Paintball.com

i have heard these wont fit either so you may wanna contact Alamo city paintball first and see if that was just a bad batch, i feel bad when people break push pins, cause i have had the same pair since the a-5 first came out, i have smacked mine with hammers and screw drivers to get them in sometimes! and i have never broken one yet

This happened to me as well when I up-graded to a stock. Just run a drill through the push pin holes @1/4", assembled without spring in. That'll take just the edge off, and your stock pins will slide like butter. Plus, no $ this way.
