Best spot to buy push-pins

Hey
With the new stock on the A5, it seems the pressure on the push-pins is too strong.

Any idea for a stronger alternative?

Or where could I buy push-pins by 10 ?

Thanks guys

Re: Best spot to buy push-pins

The push pins from my H&K G3 work, oddly enough. They're a little longer, but they're a lot easier to push in and out than the pins that came with my marker. Some of them used to need a hammer and punch to get out.

Here is a basic pic of a Universal Clevis pin that Home Depot sell.

The 1/4" x X" pins are the exact size and shape of the A5 push pins. Use a hacksaw or dremel to cut them to length, and file smooth.

Thank you! I was trying to make some out of 1/4" aluminum, w/o alot of success. I take it that you just get a cotter pin to hold the main pin in place?

Nah. My dogleg stock is a nice tight fit. The pins don't move on mine.
