"o" ringed reciever question

Has anyone noticed an improvement in FPS shot to shot constancy after switching to the newer O ringed right receiver? Note that I'm not referring to an improvement in RT or Cyclone performance. Just wondering if anyone thinks the o ring seal against the power tube has made any difference in FPS shot consistency. Thanks gang, any input is appreciated.

Re: "o" ringed reciever question

I haven't gone through any O-rings inside the gun yet, but my Palmer's Stabilizer keeps the FPS within +/-3 FPS. I think that would do you well for consistancy. If you mean consistantly accurate, than Idk.

Thanks for the response Vin, I am referring to the newer tippmann right hand receiver that has an O ring to seal the exit port on the power tube, the one that also has separate ports for the cyclone and RT banjos. I'm using a Palmer Stab but am considering the O ringed receiver just to see if it makes any improvement in velocity consistency by possibly preventing any pressure loss between the receiver and the outside dia. of the power tube where the gas charge exits the tube to feed the cyclone and/or RT.
