Stock with RVA + Power Tube
If I were to have a stock with an RVA would I be able to buy a power tube without a FVA?

Yes. The powertube has nothing to do with the RVA or stock. They are separated by quite a bit of space.

True but, if he has a powertube with no FVA and the gun has no RVA, he may have no way to adjust his velocity.

I saw in his setup that he has a Stab and that should be good enough for velocity control.
