I noticed a balls not coming out at the end of the game today, only after I pushed one through with the thing...lol..sorry, Im new.

When I have the hopper off, along with no Co2, just cocking the gun and pulling the tigger, should the feed system be spinning around?

If you are running low on air then you are not going to have consistent feeding with the cyclone.

And if its functioning properly with a full tank the cyclone should always work whether or not there is anything in the hopper.

Yes thats correct. Not unless you push the knob.

Correct it uses bled-off air from firing to turn the cyclone.
