Low Pressure Kit - FVA Tuning

I know that each marker is different as to the operating pressure at which it will operate. I recently installed my low pressure kit with a cp reg. Does anyone have any suggestions at to which pressures to play around with?

Example: If the marker will shoot 300 fps at 300 pounds of pressure is this inherently better than say shooting 300 fps at 400 pounds of pressure? Obviously the front velocity adjuster comes into play here. Lower pressure means it will need a higher volume of air, is the lowest the best or is there a happy medium?

Finally, I've heard some discussion about the FVA creating turbulance and possibly leading to ball breakage. Is there any truth in this? I hear a lot of talk about positioning the FVA flush with the power tube......

Any feedback and settings suggestions will be helpful. If the answer is personal preferance and that I just need to experiment with it just say so.

Thanks
