| Re: How-To: Polish Your Internals I used the brillo pads and they worked great. Just takes a little time and elbow grease. for an awsome write up.

Yea I thought this idea was a bunch of none sense. I took my A5 apart and there was alot of overspray inside. I did the Brillo pad method and I am impressed. I have not speed check the gun yet, but the recoil is a lot softer now. Can not wait to chrono my gun to see if it puts up the FPS. thanks once again A5OG for valuable info. later, Billy

Re: How-To: Polish Your Internals So I have a question. To all of you who polished their internals. Did you removed the banjo to polish the reciever? I am going to do this mod but i just wanted to know. Thank you.

I was amazed by how much overspray was there. Makes me think why the A5 is such a good marker. If it can shoot with all that friction and have no troubles, think how well it should work with it polished. No speed balller can say that. It also was easy to do. Used a few SOS pad's, little elbow grease...Nice and smoth. I also belive it is shooting very nicely. Might be me, but i think the action is a lot smother. Love this site!!

Re: How-To: Polish Your Internals I polished my internals this weekend ... now they are as bright as a diamond and as smooth as a baby's butt .... It might be me but after I put it all back together a dry fired some lube throough it, I swear it sounds and feels better .... maybe it's just my imagination .. LOL
