Agreed. I bought the Tac-Cap for milsim games where I want to emulate the number of rounds carried by an assault rifle and other players have similar round capacities. However, I use my regular hopper when I'm playing rec games against others that use similar capacity hoppers. I remember reading a review where the buyer complained about not having enough ammo for a speedball game! As stated, the Tac Cap is intended solely for milsim engagements. Use of them in an ammo-intensive rec/speed game is suicide.
