I think I mentioned it above, but I use a hot glue designed specifically for plastic. It holds fine, I've tested it I remove and install it all the time. No creaks or weakness at all. One thing you have to do with hot glue is spread the glue, and apply pressure to both parts to join them WHILE the glue is hot. If you do it while it cools, you will get a weak bond.

I also live in a pretty mild climate, but I can see the glue possibly get soft from extreme heat / sun exposure, in which case I would suggest another adhesive. It's totally up to you.

I would suggest 5 minute epoxy or some other glue if you're paranoid about it coming apart, but the hot glue is working fine.

If you wanted to keep it black, you can remove the logo with some rubbing alcohol.

awsome posome jobe man. What kind of paint did you use on youe hopper and would it worfk on the gun?

Thanks guys! This was a custom project just for me, it's not that hard to make so I probably won't make more. Hopefully someone from Tippmann or SO or Opsgear or something will see this and understand that there's a demand for smaller and less bulky hoppers.
