Ok everyone, I had this briliant idea as i was daydreaming in class today (dont worry it was only spanish). I was think how easy it would be to make a custom air-thru stock. I know several people who have paid loads of money to buy one and love it. However, I am cheap and would rather be able to say, "Oh, I see you bought an air-thru stock." and I who would boastfully reply, "No, I made it myself.".

BTW, my commando stock is made by a different company so its hollow and has enough room to hold all this stuff in it.I don't know about the spec ops one..

It looks good, i think im going to get a airthrough stock (that already has holes in it and stuff) that doesnt have the macro and fittings. Were do you plan on getting the fittings?

BTW, you don't need the ASA. You can just connect the QD fitting dirrectly to the Macroline.

Thanks for the feedback! That was my other question, was if i even need the asa in the stock. Will the quick disconect connect right into the macro line? I dont actuallt have a quick disconnect remote at the time, but i plan on buying one soon. I wish i did so i could look at it, it would make planning this a lot easier.

I can buy 10 ft of macroline on ebay for $10 and i can buy the fitting that i dont have lieing around off ebay aswell.

I expect it all to cost me less than $20 to make it (minus the remote).

Lol, i have been on a custom modding spree here lately, I today sawed off my stock barrel and made it about 4 inches and the thing still shoots rope lol! I made a custom mask fan, and i took and x-chamber off some gun i got for free and am using it as my foregrip (With HPA FTW!), oh not to mention all the spray painting!

I think Home Depot sells macroline as well... IDK what it's pressure rated to, though. You might want to double check on that. You'll need it to be pressure rated to at least 1000 PSI, 1200 or 1800 would be ideal.
