OK, this seems really silly. But all the UMP shroud comes with is 1 long bolt (which I assume goes in the front sight hole) and 2 washers. What the hell are the washers for?

The other end is held in with the push pins.

Does anyone also notice that the shroud sits kind of crooked? It leans to the left side of the marker.

Anyone with experience with the UMP, let me know what you did.

I had the same problem when I first got an ump shroud. I used the washers on the screw on the front with them on the outside of shroud, and it fixed the problem of it sitting crooked.
