| Question for you A5 Wizards Hey guys, so my birthday is rolling around and the girlfriend wants to know gift ideas...so I put it to you...here is my current set up... A5, 20oz Co2, 14" J&J Full Tilt Ceramic, RT, x7 hopper, X-Chamber... Here are my thoughts, I have heard many people suggesting I switch to HPA for consistant shots, but have also heard many suggest I just get the PPS Male Reg and continue on Co2...I play in Florida, so cold isn't an issue, and I don't spray paint, so Im not worried about freezing the gun... What would ya'll suggest, go with the PPS Stabalizer, or switch to an HPA set up? Also, if I go PPS...is the male what I would need? Would I need to take off the x-chamber? Jordan |

| Re: Question for you A5 Wizards Get the PPS stabilizer cause you can always get a HPA tank and use both hpa and co2. And yes the male stabilizer will replace the x-chamber.

| Re: Question for you A5 Wizards With CO2 you can use a 12oz bottle and your marker will more compact and lighter compared to HPA. That would be a pro for the Stabilizer. If you use a remote you could get rid of it. However, I have problems with CO2 because the tank gets cold and the pressure drops low after a while, even without spraying (no, the tank is not empty and it's not cold I play indoors). If I would be you I would chrono before and after a game using CO2. If the tank gets cold and the velocity is noticeably lower after the game (although the tank is not yet empty) then I would go HPA. If you go HPA don't buy PMI, the regulators aren't great. For the same price you can get a Crossfire which is much better. The Crossfire steel tank (or is it aluminium?) is just 80 bucks. |
