SpecOps paintball also makes a "shorty" A5A2 grip that is designed to mount in the same ways, but not as long so you can have a stab, X-chamber, gas through grip, or even a mag well mounted below your tombstone.

Here's a mod done for a female stab, so as someone said...if you can return the male and get a female, this could be an option.

Ive been looking at that perticular set up for quite some time now and at first i did not like it because to me it seemed like the remote line would run high off the marker and get in the way of shouldering the marker or somthin. but then i thought of putting the 45* fitting to get the hose down quicker, now im on my way to get me a femalemale stab. (dancing banana)^^ some reason the smilies didnt want to show
