Alright well i plan on makeing a small bracket to hold the tank in front of the the gun below the barrel to get the asa out from below the gun for snipping purposes... idk if anybody has done this or not.. all i have seen is that dagger mod from spec ops.. not something like this..

there's something like that already made for the BT-4. I'm sure with less hassle than completely building one from scratch you could make it work on an A-5 as well.

Well.. i found it.. i feel dumb now haha... damn.. Oh well.. i'm still going to try and make it ! haha

I was just thinking today that you could put a 12oz on just like that and have a shroud to make it look like a launcher under the barrel, that would put the gun out of balance but it would look cool.

Pepperball has done something like this for the A-5.


Note that moving the tank this far forward will dramatically change the balance of the marker. You may like it, you may not. Also, I would not run this if you are using CO2. Having the tank horizontal this close to the tombstone is almost asking to siphon liquid CO2 into your valve.

It certainly would be a different configuration. Wouldn't that get heavy after a while?

It depends on the tank. Pepperball uses a 13/3000 tank so you'll only get about 200 shots at the most. A fiber 47 or 68 wouldn't be too heavy, but it would be rather bulky to have right under the barrel. With the tank right under the barrel you lose any forestock or vert grip so you'd have to hold the tank and that sounds awkward to me.

Well its mostly for sniping.. it would be bolt on so very easy to remove and switch to remote for Assault mode lol..
