the UMP stock looks close but man it's expensive for a stock... even a for a folding one.

and it overlaps a bit... if I went with this stock I might have to go with the Tacamo (?) shroud



probably have to toss a flat top rail to even out the top though...

you could use the short wire stock and fill in where needed to make it look like the sig stock.

Its a little shorter but I went with the flat line barrel and the pictinny shroud from OPSGEAR, grip and sliding HK stock. I need to get the lapco m4 clip and then a new back stock and it should look close tot he 552.

upon further inspection that folding UMP stock I was eyeballing doesn't **** all the way *BOO* hits up against the cyclone feeder.

looks like I'm back to the solid stock & the opsgear 416 shroud... oh well the opsgear 416 is shorter anyways & can use a BIGSHOT... whoo-hoo!

nah it was the RAP4 UMP folding stock... they use the G36 for must UMP's but that was a different stock alltogether.

Sorry Cleric, but as nice as the A5 is, I would hafta reccomend the, *gasp* X7 as the platform.

yeah I've seen it & it looks nice... but I'm not gonna unload my A5's just to pick up an X7.

for now the 552 is on the back burner... got a few goodies in the mail planned on selling to pay for my project & it turns out I really like them & plan on keeping them.

Just gives me more time to lok around I suppose.

It looks like you can do it with the UMP shroud, G36 mag, and MP5 PDW stock.

UMP shroud is a bit too short IMO... G36 mag is my mag of choice but I'd get airh0g to probably cut it in half for me & the mp5 pdw stock is close but doesn't look right... I'd prob get him to mill a solid sight relief stock for me while I got him on the G36 mag.
