| Re: My Mod-Plan Make your a5 full auto. cut a 3/32 allen wrench off at 3/8 of an inch long. Take apart your trigger side panel. Press your sear forward and slide in the piece of 3/32 allen wrench in the oval hole. Re-assemble. This will keep your sear fully returning and will let the trigger hold the sear down so your A5 will go auto. Let go of the trigger and stop shooting. You can still shoot one at a time by pulling trigger and letting it go to catch the sear. Now, the only mod you might want is the new feeder part because now your A5 shoots at 22bpm. Ranger |

First off Welcome to the Boards! Second, you do NOT want to do this. This is a bad idea safety wise. You will also chop paint and destroy your marker. The marker was not meant to work that way, again it is highly not recommended to do that.

| Re: My Mod-Plan The response to my post was some what correct. Any high rpm marker will wear faster than any semi firing marker. Its called friction. Any marker no matter how much you paid for it will only shoot as fast as it can get paintball from the hopper. Safety..Its not the marker its the operator. I have seen more accidents with electronic markers in so called safe zones than on the playing field. With this mod. Safety works and there is full catch of the sear. Again this isn't for everyone but it is a good knowledgeable modification. My personal disclaimer is: I used this mod on my A5 until I was running through cases of paint every outing. $$$ is the reason I'm back to semi automatic play. |
