Re: Milsig Magpul M93B Stock?

Also the Airsoft stocks don't accept CAR style buffer tubes, you need regular rifle tubes. I dumped the entire tube out of the equation, i'm just using some aluminum round stock and an A5 (stock) rear plate. I'll post some pics when there done. Real simple stuff.

Re: Milsig Magpul M93B Stock?

Most sliding stocks will easily fit onto this adapter providing they are of the civilian specs and not the military specs. Magpul is very specific about this.

So the RAP4 adapter listed above will definitely work with the airsoft version of the Magpul M93B posted by AirHog?

If so, it would cost less to order both of those items and combine them than it would be to buy the Milsig version.

AirHog says no and, personally, I do not believe it will work either. IIRC, the 93B (real steel version) uses a proprietary buffer tube with the standard carbine buffer and spring. What that boils down to for you is that the tube would be carbine length, but would need to be round, so the RAP4 stock would not work.

Re: Milsig Magpul M93B Stock?

It is a nice looking stock. I would say if you want to go with that type of stock and don't want to modify anything, just go Milsig.

You'll need the stock as well of course, but sure send it in.

Yeah the RAP buffer wont work with the magpul (airsoft, milsim) It uses a Proprietary tube which is CAR length, but cylindrical like full size stock tubes as big daddy mentioned Although in this case proprietary only means it's .990 diameter and about 7" long nothing special

Re: Milsig Magpul M93B Stock?

It would be very cool to see the Milsig stocks for the X7s. The Magpul stuff looks really cool.
