Milsig Magpul M93B Stock?

Does anyone on here own this stock? Thinking about picking one up for my HK417 project I'm working on. Just wondering about what materials it's made from, if there's any wobble, and how do you like the stock overall. Also, is it compatible with the Magpul M93 Rubber Buttpad?

Re: Milsig Magpul M93B Stock?

I don't own one, but I've played with one at the store. It's quite sturdy, very solid plastic / metal. It's rather heavy, so it's not as hollow as you would think. I didn't find any wobble on the one at the store.

I'm not 100% sure on the butt pad compatibility.

Re: Milsig Magpul M93B Stock?

My A-5 is already in the 5-6 lbs range and a bit front heavy at the moment. So maybe this will balance it out nicely.

Which parts are metal/plastic?

Edit: This was post number 1,000 for me.

Re: Milsig Magpul M93B Stock?

I have one here in the shop that i'm making an adapter for, it's not the "milsig" version but i'm sure it came out of the same factory in china. The center is an aluminum tube, the rest is a pretty nice nylon/polymer, with a couple of cast (pot metal) pieces. It does have the threaded inserts in the rear to accept a but pad, and the weight comes in at 1lb1oz (without adapter)

This one came from Weapon Blender for $55, it's very nice find courtesey of Dbug

The above mentioned stock is made by MILSIG.
That being said, the actual stock is made from a high grade/quality composite (much like a real Magpul).
The mounting bracket/plate as well as the tube are made from metal.

I have a couple of their stocks (and accessories) for both my A5 and Milsig Elite. Great company to deal with as well as great, high quality parts.

Hope that helps.

Thomas

Are you certain?, i know they have the brackets made up in Taiwan, but it's hard to believe they would make the stock itself considering there is already a cheap source for them.

So how much work would it be to attach this version to an A-5?

And I am 100% completely positive.
This picture is taken straight from their Canadian site;

It is the MILSIG HST-006 MP M93B Stock.
Sells from around $135CDN

MILITARY SPECIAL INTEREST GROUP (US Site)
MILSIG Canada - The Ultimate Magazine Fed Scenario Paintball Marker (Canadian Site)
MILSIG.EU (European Site)

By far the two better websites are MILSIG Canada and Europe. The US page does not have to much information.

If you live in Canada/US. I would recommend Tactical Paintball Canada - Tactical paintball guns and gear since they are a direct supplier.
