DIY Rubber foregrip $4.00

If your like me and enjoy cheap homemade mods that function well and look great then this mod is for you. This is very simple.

All you will need is a standard bicycle tire inner tube, a pair of scissors, and like Spongebob always says "iiiiiimmmmaaaaagination".

Standard 26" rubber inner tube $4.00 at your local Wal-mart.

Next, a pair of scissors to cut the tube to desired length. (sorry no pic of scissors, you'll just have to figure this step out for yourself)

Cut the tube to desired length and stretch fit it over the foregrip like so. It fits very tight and does not move. I cut three small rings to build up the grip. It's very comfortable and I think it looks great.

ENJOY!

Re: DIY Rubber foregrip $4.00

Thanks for the comments. It shouldn't scuff up my hand, but I haven't field tested it. The nice thing about this is that you can change it up if you don't like it.

I'm also going to make one for my grip frame as well. I'll post some pictures when I'm done.

You can also make rubber grips. These add some extra grip and work great with my gloves.

Re: DIY Rubber foregrip $4.00

Did you just stretch the tube over the existing trigger grip or did you melt them down and mold them or something?

Re: DIY Rubber foregrip $4.00

Just cut the tube to the desired length and stretch it over the grip. If you use a little bit of soap and water it goes on much much easier. If you use two people it helps tremendously. One person stretches the inner tube and the other puts the grip in.

If your hands get soapy it's next to impossible to do this yourself, trust me I know.....lol
