I voted for the Palmer because it'll probably be the best upgrade you can do for your marker performance-wise. If the barrel option said "barrel of your choice" it would come a very close second. The Apex is a good product, but performance-wise i'd prefer a different barrel like say a J&J.

I'll have to agree with a couple of the other guys in this thread that answered "Polished Internals". That is [in my opinion] the best upgrade you can get for your A-5. Plus it's free, if you have the stuff laying around.

I like the apex but with a lapco bigshot no with a BT barrel!

EFF the Apex! Buy a barrel kit. There are dozens, take your pick.

Shoot straight before attempting a shot like you're going to sink the 8 Ball off 3 rails.

I can't say much for stabilizers or hpa because I haven't switched to those yet. But when I did change switch to a good barrel (stock barrel to J&J ) I saw a huge jump in accuracy and consistency.

I'm sure coupled with a stab and hpa the difference would be even greater but if your on a budget I would look for a good barrel or barrel kit and then work up from there.

1. Flatline barrel
2. Stalk for stability
3. Remote line and forgrip for ease of use
4. Springs and locking velocity screws for velocity
5. Don't laugh...A 45 degree off-set mount and red dot scope because I suck with iron sites because of my fat azz head
