Project "Ultimate SIR"

Just thought I would post up a few pics of a project Im working on for now.
Should be done within a week or two.
This will be my take on how the M4 SIR should look, with attention to several key elements that are seemingly over looked with other's products, or versions.

Anyhow, its an E-griped A5 for the base, that will eventually get a full techt cyclone upgrade, with an APE board installed. I am also trying to get a CP shorty reg directly out of the tombstone, and concealed inside the clip.
The person Im building this for runs strictly HPA, so all should perform flawlessly once complete.

The barrel seen in the pictures is a 14" deadly winds "fibur" barrel, that will not be used for the project.
It is only in place so that you can see the length of the barrel that will be replacing it, in comparison to the marker.
It will have flip-up sights in the correct rear, and barrel mounted front positions.
Their will be a heavily modified delta ring within the SIR shroud back, and a front ring directly behind the gas block as well.
The barrel I will be using is a Rap4 Recon barrel, that will have a vortex flash tip.
The barrel will then be turned on a lathe, making it accept freak inserts, and will also provide correct grooving of the barrel in comparison to the real deal.
The sight used is an Airsoft Trijicon ACOG replica, which is fully functional, and is much like a BSA 30mm, but with the ACOG looks.

Once all the pre-assembly is out of the way, I will then strip it back down completely, and duracoat the entire marker in an ultra flat black, with the barrel, and flash tip being painted in a "powder oxidized black/grey".
Overall, I think it will be an awesome mod, and look forward to getting this thing completed.

As for the park benches, it is not.
Thats just some of the property owned by the family.
I would never take something like this into the mass public. Good way to cause panic, or worse like getting shot by a cop who thinks its real.
