tasco saw stock

any one have any expierience with the tasco saw stock? is it true that you dont need a raised rail? or would you still suggest one?

with a mask iron sites=yes to site rail, some bigger sites=no smaller ones=yes.

I have a SAW stock. I love it. I would still put a picatinny rail on top and stick a red dot on it.
