hello again to everyone. i looked through the threads the last few day and tryed looking through gun pics and havent seen or read anything about this so im gonna give it a shot. what my plan is, is to somehow shave the front lip into either a guide for or a mounting point for a flashlight. Do you guys think that something like this would work or should i just shave it off and mount a small rail under my shroud?? I'm still tossing the ideal around my self just looking for some outside input on the subject.

I do like that flat bottom though it would be great..Im gonna have to find a thread about it, to see how hard it is. If im gonna doing shaving on the lip, I may just go with that.

I shaved mine and made this little bracket that holds two rails. then i can run my grip and a flashlight if needed.

yeah...someone brought this up a couple months ago...i think they called it flat-bottoming their marker...theres an instructional thread on here somewhere...

Your diagrams do not match.
Do you plan on clearing a concave trough in the clamshell (Diagram A) or
just mounting something like the airhog picture posted earlier (diagram B) ?

ok i understand flat-bottoming but i cant flat-bottom my gun because i use a shroud.. and yes i plan to bevel the middle of the lip so the flash light sits up in it with a scope ring or something simular holding it.
