Poll: Sight/scope?

Hey how many people have a sight/scope on their A5 or any other tactical gun for close range shooting?

I use a red dot. Mostly for quick single or double shot quick aquisitons shots within 50ft. In that range where the dot is the paint goes. I tend to use it more when runing ghost and have the drop on a group of opfor.

Other then that it looks cool, and scares the crap out of walk ons.

I would say maybe 1 in 10 eliminations I actualy use the site, as most times I do not think it is effective or natural to use for paintball.

Most of the time I just walk shots or snap shoot

I use an Armson red dot. It's great for situations where first shot accuracy is prudent. Like when you want to eliminate someone before they know you're there and have the opportunity to shoot back.

I generally use my red/green dot for longer shots, usually over 40yards-ish. I have it set around there just to help assist with those types of shots.

Im going to buy one just for kicks I cant rell look through it but it looks cool!

I have a red dot i use for normal play, although sometimes people will see me roll with a 5x scope, although this is pointless in actually aiming and shotting with, because the range is just silly for a paintball gun, i use this when I'm playing sniper so i can recon easier, like a pair of binoculars

I use a Red Dot Sight for night games, in the dark you can not see where your shots are hitting but with a Red Dot you kind of know the area you are shooting at.

I love my red dot scope ... I use it mostly for its looks ... but when I need a little bit of extra help with very accurate or tight shots I like to use my scope... I don't usually use it at around 30 yards though, it's more like 40...

i love mine ,its not a top of the line ,but it still serves its purpose well. it gives me a real quick reference ,for snipe shots.

I use a Tasco Red Dot at all distances. Even at greater distances, the red dot is a good reference point and I just aim a little higher to compensate for drop. It's quicker & easier than lining up fixed blade sights and I'm generally more accurate as it cuts down on me simply lobbing paint down range.
