Bottom Tab on front of A5 frame
I'm considering chopping of the stupid tab on the bottom front of the frame. I recently added a Special Ops MP5 SD shroud and it sticks out exetly ware I want to grab with my hand.

I'm sure lots of you have done this, what I realy want to know is do any of you regret doing it?

iv got the same problem, i hate it, but im worried if i ever bring it back to a pdw again, i wont have it and it will look weird

i'm going to cut mine, makes it easier to take the shroud off w/o tearing the entire gun apart. i also drilled a hole in the shroud making it a lot easier to take the cyclone off.

No reason not to do it. It looks far better without it and you can mount a nice flat weaver rail in that spot and it looks sweet!
