Re: Female Regulater from Palmers?

I'm sure this is listed in many other threads, but here's the quick answer:

The stabilizer (male, female, inline, whatever) regulates the pressure going into the marker, making it more consistent. Makes the most difference when using CO2, but also helps when using HPA too.

The bottomline setup (at the base of the gripframe) is the most common, but the female stabilizer can be mounted side-saddle-like and many other ways. Check here.

Re: Female Regulater from Palmers?

That will depend on each individual marker (if internals are polished, any upgrade springs are used and so forth), but commonly around 700 psi. Just have to use trial and error on yours and fine the right spot.

Re: Female Regulater from Palmers?

You don't need it, so It's up to you, really. The nice thing about an adjustable regulator is that you can dial it down to near the minimum psi needed to still shoot the marker, and get as many shots out of a tank as possible. If you get it, I suggest getting an RVA also to help fine-tune your velocity.

Re: Female Regulater from Palmers?

If anyone is interested in the r/s mount for the reg. made out of the LAPCO site rail, you can buy it all pre-made up from the UMS too.

Re: Female Regulater from Palmers?

Can you get any regulators that screw into the ASA or go on the CO2 tank? And how did you attach that thing on the bottom of your gun?
