Xball: n. A speedball format designed to be more interesting for televised
viewing. The game is timed, and the object is to score as many points as
possible in the allotted time. The basic game is center-flag, and when a
team wins a round the players have a limited time to re-stock on paint and
propellant and return to the field for the next round. Players who are penalized
are sent to a penalty box, similar to hockey.
